Abstract: A base station clustering method, the method including a clustering server clustering base stations in a base station set managed by the clustering server, to obtain at least one cluster, determining a cluster with a quantity of base stations in the cluster being 1, determining a neighboring base station of the base station in the cluster, and adding, when the neighboring base station is a cluster-head base station, the base station as a cluster-member base station to a cluster to which the neighboring base station belongs, so that the separately clustered base station can be added to another cluster, and a cluster-head base station in the another cluster can control a working status of the base station.

Abstract: This application discloses a data transmission method and device to improve transmission efficiency of terminal data. The method of the embodiments of this application includes: receiving, by a second base station, a first message from a first base station, where the first message is used to request the second base station to allocate a radio resource for a specific bearer, and the first message includes resource scheduling information; determining, by the second base station, based on the resource scheduling information, a resource location of the radio resource and scheduling the radio resource; and sending, by the second base station, a first response message in response to the first message to the first base station.

Abstract: A time series data injection method is provided, including: receiving time series data, where the time series data includes at least one parameter identifying a data source that generates the time series data, an indicator indicating at least one attribute of the data source, and a timestamp indicating a time point when the indicator is generated; storing a first parameter group in a row storage format, where the first parameter group includes the at least one parameter identifying the data source that generates the time series data; and storing a second parameter group in a columnar storage format, where the second parameter group includes the indicator indicating the at least one attribute of the data source and the timestamp. In the method, the time series data is injected in a hybrid row-column storage manner.
