When transmitting an uplink signaling or a downlink signaling, the relay stations switch between at least two operating modes under the control of the base station. By using the method, network, relay station, and base station, data transmission in multiple modes can be achieved, so as to achieve a flexible relay scheme.

This invention provides a type of method used for providing channel aware relays in enhanced relay clusters. This method is based on the Centralized Cluster Relay Implementation Proposal, and is implemented by transferring MMR-BS channel information based functions to RS. Specifically, in this invention, RS receives authorization from the MMR-BS to receive the channel information from the MS or next single-hop RS point within its single-hop range, and, after performing applicable channel aware relays, reports the processing result to MMR-BS; MMR-BS configures the signal according to the processing result and joins RS to transmit the control signal to the cluster MS. Using the method provided by this invention can reduce the channel overhead between MMR-BS and RS, and at the same time ensure that the RS composition is simple, and the production costs are low.

This invention provides an Amycolatopsis sp. strain (zhp06), and a method of using the whole cell preparation of the strain for vanillin production. The strain was deposited in China Center for Type Culture Collection on Jul. 26, 2011 with the number of CCTCC NO: M 2011265. Under high concentrations of ferulic acid substrate, the vanillin production by this method can reach more than 10 g/L. The molar conversion rate of ferulic acid is more than 50% and the purity of vanillin is from 80% to 95%. The advantage of this invention includes: repeated use of biocatalyst cells, mild biotransformation condition, low environmental pollution, short production cycle, high product purity and simple purification procedure. It has a great potential for industrial applications.

In a multiple input/multiple output wireless communication system, a receiving signal is compensated based on a wireless channel state information matrix converted by lattice reduction. The distortion of the modulation constellation diagram of a signal is considered, a detection signal is processed, and an intermediate signal table containing at least two intermediate signals is obtained to increase the area for the detection signal to be decided correctly, thereby to improve the possibility of the correct detection of the signal. Then a candidate signal table is obtained from the intermediate signal table and, based on the candidate signal table, a decision signal for a transmitting signal is obtained, thereby improving the accuracy of the detection of the transmitting signal. When at a high signal-to-noise ratio, the bit-error performance approaches the bit-error performance of a system using maximum likelihood detection algorithm, while causing no significant increase in computation complexity.
