摘要： Disclosed is a method for integrating and providing EPG information provided through a terrestrial DMB and a satellite DMB in a dual mode DMB receiver which supports both the terrestrial DMB and the satellite DMB, the method comprising detecting, by the dual mode DMB receiver, the EPG information from the terrestrial DMB and the satellite DMB, generating categories according to ensembles of the terrestrial DMB, and assigning one category to a satellite DMB system, setting the generated categories as an upper layer, and storing EPG information according to each category as a lower layer of the upper layer, and outputting the EPG information according to said each category based on a change in the category, thereby providing an integrated EPG.

摘要： A terrestrial DMB receiver using an imaginary channel in a terrestrial DMB system is disclosed. The terrestrial DMB receiver includes: a key input unit for receiving an input from a user; a display unit for providing image output to the user; an imaginary channel storage unit for storing information on imaginary channels designated to each broadcasting service by the user; a DMB receiving unit for receiving terrestrial DMB broadcasting; a MCI/SI analyzer for analyzing MCI and SI of FIC information from a DMB broadcasting signal received through the DMB receiving unit; and a controller for searching for the imaginary channel storage unit according to values of number keys input from the key input unit, extracting service IDs, controlling the DMB receiving unit to select broadcasting services according to the extracted service IDs, checking the information analyzed through the MCI/SI analyzer, and performing an update for the imaginary channel storage unit.

摘要： Disclosed is a method of recording and storing a broadcast content received for mobile broadcast services in a transmitting-end level. A broadcast receiving terminal includes a type of the key profile in the header of the recorded file for the particular broadcast content, the CIEK which is used in encrypting the broadcast content and encrypted with the second layer encryption key, and the acquisition information on the second layer encryption key. The acquisition information on the second layer encryption key is included in a corresponding field of the header according to the type of the used profile. As in the SRTP and IPSec, a recorded file format in the transmitting-end level recording is the PDCF. Information associated with the encryption of the encrypted broadcast content is stored in the OMA DRM common header box (ohdr box) of the PDCF recorded file.

摘要： Disclosed is a DMB data receiving apparatus and method for improving a DMB data receiving speed. According to the DMB data receiving apparatus and method, if there are predetermined MSC data, which have not been received or received with an error when receiving MSC data by a DMB reception terminal, the DMB reception terminal can receive the predetermined MSC data through a return channel established between the DMB reception terminal and a broadcasting station. In detail, if there are predetermined MSC data, which have not been received or received with an error, the DMB reception terminal request the broadcasting station to transmit the predetermined MSC data and to allow establishment of a return channel, and then receives the predetermined MSC data through a return channel established based on the request. Therefore, when some MOT content data have not been received or received with an error, the DMB reception terminal can immediately receive the corresponding MOT content data without waiting until the next MOT data transmission period begins, thereby greatly improving the DMB data receiving speed.
