摘要: An electronic circuit module is provided. The electronic circuit module prevents damage by efficiently detecting an overcurrent in the electronic circuit module using an SiC MOSFET. The electronic circuit module includes an input unit that is configured to input a reference voltage and a switching unit that is configured to output a first voltage based on a current flow. A converter is configured to output a second voltage based on the first voltage and the reference voltage. An output unit is configured to compare a magnitude of the reference voltage with a magnitude of the second voltage to output a feedback signal when the second voltage is greater than the reference voltage.

摘要: A circuit and method for protecting circuit elements, vehicle having the circuit, and method for controlling the vehicle are provided. The circuit for protecting circuit elements includes a circuit element, a driving signal generator that applies a driving voltage to the circuit element and an inductor with a first terminal electrically connected to the circuit element. A circuit protector obtains information regarding the driving voltage applied to the circuit element and a differential voltage across the first terminal and a second terminal of the inductor, compares the driving voltage applied to the circuit element with a first reference voltage, compares the differential voltage with a second reference voltage, and then transmits a control signal to the driving signal generator according to the comparison results.

The vehicle includes at least one switching element that supplies a current to a motor; a temperature sensor that detects temperature information of at least one transistor; at least one processor that transmits a clock signal corresponding to driving of the motor; and a driver that receives the clock signal, and transmits a driving signal to the transistor. A converter then determines a duty of the driving signal based on the temperature information received from the temperature sensor.
