摘要: A thermal management system for a fuel cell vehicle is provided. The thermal management system includes a fuel cell stack, a heater configured to use power generated by the fuel cell stack, a radiator configured to cool a coolant, a pump configured to circulate the coolant, and a valve configured to control a temperature of the coolant by adjusting a flow rate of the coolant supplied to the pump from at least one of the fuel cell stack, the heater, or the radiator.

摘要: A fuel cell system comprising: a first line configured to pass through a fuel cell stack and allow a coolant to circulate therein; a pump provided in the first line; a second line having one end connected to the first line at a first point positioned between an outlet of the pump and the fuel cell stack, and the other end connected to the first line at a second point positioned between an inlet of the pump and the fuel cell stack; a heater provided in the second line to heat the coolant flowing along the second line; and a third line configured to pass through an air conditioning unit, connected to the first line between the first point and an outlet of the fuel cell stack, and configured to allow a part of the coolant to circulate therein.

摘要: In an embodiment a fuel cell includes a cell stack having a plurality of unit cells stacked in a first direction, an end plate disposed on at least one of both side ends of the cell stack, an enclosure coupled to the end plate to surround a side portion of the cell stack, the enclosure being divided into a plurality of segments, a plate gasket disposed on the end plate and an enclosure gasket disposed between the plurality of segments, wherein one of the plate gasket and the enclosure gasket comprises a protruding portion protruding in the first direction, and a remaining one of the plate gasket and the enclosure gasket comprises a depressed portion depressed in the first direction to receive the protruding portion fitted thereinto.

摘要: Described herein is a fuel cell system that includes a radiator configured to exchange heat with coolant discharged from a fuel cell stack, a coolant supply pump configured to supply the coolant to the fuel cell stack, a COD heater configured to consume electric power generated by the fuel cell stack, a valve connected to the fuel cell stack, the radiator, the coolant supply pump, and the COD heater to control a flow of the coolant, and a controller configured to control an operating start time and output of the COD heater to consume energy generated by the fuel cell stack depending on a state of charge (SOC) of a battery and an operating state of the fuel cell stack. The controller controls the valve so that the coolant flows to the COD heater in a temperature control section after a cold start section of the fuel cell stack.
