摘要: Provided is an intake system of an air conditioning system for a vehicle, which is configured for simultaneously satisfying two conflict conditions of improving heating performance by increasing the inflow of inside air and of reducing the generation of moisture on a window glass, wherein a scroll case, in which a blower is mounted, is provided with a second partition member for dividing a passage, which is formed at an outlet port and includes a blower chamber around a blower fan, into an upper passage and a lower passage, and a flow guide for guiding air, which is separated by a first partition member and is introduced into the scroll case from an inlet case, to the respective upper and lower passages.

摘要: A system for controlling inside/outside air in air conditioner may include an air conditioner including an upward discharge passage, through which air is discharged toward a front glass of a vehicle, a downward discharge passage, through which air is discharged toward a floor of the vehicle, the upward discharge passage and the downward discharge passage being separated from each other, a first intake door, an opening amount of which is determined according to a ratio between inside air and outside air introduced into the upward discharge passage, and a second intake door, an opening amount of which is determined according to a ratio between inside air and outside air introduced into the downward discharge passage; and a control unit configured of controlling the opening amounts of the first and second intake doors according to a heating load of the air conditioner and a humidity of the interior of the vehicle.

摘要: An air conditioner for a vehicle with an improved structure so that hot air is not directly discharged to a defrost vent in a floor mode or a mix mode, includes an air conditioning case in which an air flow path is formed, and a cooling heat exchanger and a heating heat exchanger provided sequentially on the air flow path of the air conditioning case in an airflow direction, wherein a defrost vent, a face vent, and a floor vent are formed on the air conditioning case, wherein the defrost vent includes a first defogging flow path allowing air passing through the heating heat exchanger to be discharged directly, and a second defogging flow path allowing air passing through the cooling heat exchanger or the heating heat exchanger to be mixed and discharged therethrough.

摘要: An air conditioner housing of a vehicle includes a body having an internal space through which air flows and having a heat exchanger mounted at the internal space. The heat exchanger cools the air. A discharge port is at a lower end of the body and provides fluid communication between the internal space and an exterior of the body and discharges condensate water generated from the heat exchanger to the exterior. A plurality of blocking portions is disposed around the discharge port and protrudes into the internal space, thereby preventing foreign substances inside the body from directly blocking the discharge port.
