摘要: Provided is a lubricating oil composition for round die rolling, which is obtained by blending a base oil with: (A) 0.5 to 40 mass % of a monoester having 13 to 48 carbon atoms (a-1) and/or 0.5 to 30 mass % of a fatty dicarboxylate having 13 to 34 carbon atoms (a-2); (B) 0.01 to 10 mass % of a thiadiazole compound; (C) 0.01 to 15 mass % of a thiophosphite; and (D) 0.01 to 5 mass % of a triazole compound. The lubricating oil composition for round die rolling shows excellent processing performance without using any chlorine-based compound, and is able to improve lubricity in a bearing to lengthen the life of the bearing.

摘要: The present invention relates to provision of an extreme pressure agent-containing grease composition using, as a thickener, a urea-based thickener, the grease composition being excellent in both torque transmitting efficiency and leakage prevention performance and also excellent in wear resistance and load resistance. The grease composition contains a base oil (A), a urea-based thickener (B), and an extreme pressure agent (C), wherein particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfies the following requirement (I): Requirement (I): an arithmetic average particle diameter of the particles on an area basis as measured by the laser diffraction/scattering method is 2.0 μm or less, and the extreme pressure agent (C) is at least one selected from an organic metal-based extreme pressure agent, a sulfur-based extreme pressure agent, a phosphorus-based extreme pressure agent, and a sulfur-phosphorus-based extreme pressure agent.

摘要: Provided is a mixed grease containing a grease (A) prepared from a base oil (a1) and a thickening agent (a2) that is a lithium soap consisting of a lithium salt of a monovalent fatty acid, and a grease (B) prepared from a base oil (b1) and a thickening agent (b2) that is a lithium complex soap consisting of a lithium salt of a monovalent fatty acid and a lithium salt of a divalent fatty acid. The mixed grease has good wear resistance and load bearing properties and has excellent grease leakage preventing properties.

摘要: The present invention relates to a grease composition which can impart excellent durability to a bearing used under a high-speed rotation condition with a DN value of 100,000 or more, wherein the grease composition contains a base oil (A) and a urea-based thickener (B), and particles containing the urea-based thickener (B) in the grease composition satisfy requirement (I) that the particles have an arithmetic mean particle diameter of 2.0 μm or less on an area basis when measured by a laser diffraction scattering method. The grease composition is used for a bearing used under a high-speed rotation condition with a DN value of 100,000 or more.

A grease composition contains a base oil (A), a thickener (B), and a fire retardant (C), wherein the base oil (A) contains a base oil (A1) having a 40° C. kinematic viscosity of 300 mm2/s or more, a sulfur content of 20 ppm by mass or less, and an initial boiling point of 400° C. or higher, the fire retardant (C) is at least one of aluminum hydroxide (C1) and 1,3,5-triazine-1,3,5 (2H, 4H, 6H)-tris(ethanol) (C2), and a content of the fire retardant (C) is 1.0 to 12.0 mass % based on a total amount of the grease composition.
