摘要: The present invention relates to an integrated process for conversion of crude oil to petrochemicals viz. olefins and aromatics. More specifically, the present invention provides a configuration of processes both primary and secondary processing units through which the crude oil can be converted to petrochemicals. The configuration of processes provided by the present invention utilizes minimum numbers of secondary processing units and provides great degree of flexibility towards maximizing yield of either petrochemical or fuels depending upon market scenario.

摘要: A process for the upgrading of hydrocarbon streams, i.e., processing any hydrocarbon feed streams rich in benzene and sulphur compounds. The process for simultaneous hydrodesulfurization and benzene conversion to higher alkylated aromatic molecules (C7 to C10 aromatics), without need of prior treatment like distillation, or sulfur removal. The hydrocarbon feed streams are processed over sulfided metal catalyst impregnated on acid support simultaneously desulfurizes and alkylates the benzene molecules.

摘要: The present invention relates to a hydrocracking reactor system and a process utilizing the same for upgrading heavy hydrocarbonaceous material to value-added products. Accordingly, an aspect of the present invention includes dispersing a liquid feedstock pre-mixed with a catalyst from top of a reactor vessel to obtain dispersed droplets having a predetermined droplet size less than 500 μm, introducing a gaseous feed comprising primarily of hydrogen from bottom of the reactor vessel to form a continuous gaseous phase throughout a cross-section of the reactor vessel, and allowing the dispersed droplets to contact the continuous gaseous phase throughout the cross-section of the reactor vessel to form reaction effluent comprising one or more lighter product hydrocarbons. The method may further include removing at least a top portion and at least a bottom portion of the reaction effluent from the reactor vessel.

摘要: The present invention provides a multistage single reactor system for hydroprocessing and a process of carrying out multistage hydroprocessing in the said reactor assembly consisting of, a fixed bed solid catalyst system, a feed injection system enabling axial flow of hydrogen saturated hydrocarbon feed, a hydrogen dispensing system inside the reactor enabling minimum required hydrogen flow in cross-flow pattern, also using multitudes of integrated separation and withdrawal limbs for continuous staging. The innovative reactor disclosed in the present invention enables continuous separation and withdrawal of gaseous products along the reactor length by means of combined horizontal reactor orientation and vertical separation limbs provided at the top of the horizontally oriented reactor. The advantage of the reactor assembly includes effective heat sink of exothermic reactions and lower severity of operation due to removal of inhibitory gaseous products.

摘要: A process and a system are used for production of multiple grades of ultralow aromatic solvents/chemicals having preferred boiling range, flash point and viscosity from different hydrocarbon streams. A plurality of hydrotreating steps are used to hydrotreat a plurality of hydrocarbon feedstocks in the presence of a hydrogen gas stream and a catalyst system. Further, at least one dissolved gas stripping step, at least one adsorption step, and a distillation step are included in the process. Desired iso-paraffin molecules are thereby preserved, and the undesired aromatic molecules are converted into desired naphthene molecules.
