    Abstract: A blue phase liquid crystal (BPLC) display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a protrusion, a BPLC, and a driving electrode. The protrusion is disposed on the first substrate. The BPLC is disposed between the first and second substrates. The driving electrode covers the protrusion.
