摘要： The present invention relates to a compound which inhibits the binding of activin B to ALK3 receptor or a compound which is an inhibitor of activin B expression or ALK3 receptor expression for use in the treatment of anemia of inflammation. The invention also relates to a method for diagnosis anemia of inflammation in a patient comprising: determining the expression level of Activin B in a sample obtained from said patient; and comparing said expression level to a threshold value.
