摘要: According to one embodiment, a method, computer system, and computer program product for customizing a mixed reality experience based on the experiential state of users in a queue to join the mixed reality experience or immersed in the mixed reality experience is provided. The present invention may include modeling the experiential state of the at least one user participating in the mixed-reality experience; modeling one or more relationships between the experiential state of the at least one user and one or more physical or virtual experience parameters comprising the mixed-reality experience; based on the one or more modeled relationships, predicting one or more alterations to the one or more physical or virtual experience parameters to enhance the experiential state of the at least one user; and operating a mixed reality system to perform one or more remedial actions to execute the one or more predicted alterations.

摘要: A processor may monitor frequency data related to a user metric of a user during a measurement window. The user metric may relate to the user's use of a computer implemented environment. The processor may simplify the frequency data related to the user metric, resulting in a set of simplified frequency data. The processor may input the set of simplified frequency data into a neural network. The neural network may determine a likelihood of a negative user experience for the user. The processor may alter a parameter of the first user environment based on the likelihood.

摘要: Embodiments for managing call-to-action elements by one or more processors are described. User data is received from at least one data source associated with the user. Based on the user data, a label for a call-to-action element to be rendered by a computing node is determined. A signal representative of the determined label for the call-to-action element is generated.

摘要: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for adding conversation context from detected audio to contact records. An audio stream is received through a microphone of a personal computing device. Context analysis is performed of the audio stream to detect conversation context in the audio stream. A request is received to associate the conversation context with a selected contact person. A determination is made of conversation context detected from a segment of the audio stream received during a period of time from when the request was received. The conversation context determined for the period of time is included in a contact record for the selected contact person. The contact record is stored in a contact database including a plurality of contact records for a plurality of contact persons, wherein the contact records include conversation context and location information associated with the contact persons.

摘要: In an approach to narrating an email message based on the significance of the recipients on the message, identifying an email message; identifying recipients of the email message; identifying a client recipient from the recipients; selecting a first recipient from the recipients; identifying messages in an email repository; determining, from among the identified messages, a first count of messages; identifying an important recipient threshold, wherein the important recipient threshold represents a threshold count of messages; in response to determining the first count of messages exceeds the important recipient threshold, assigning a high importance recipient rating to the first recipient; creating a narration script; and in response to identifying the first recipient as having the high importance recipient rating, populating the narration script with a name of the first recipient such that the name of the first recipient will be read when the narration script is recited.

摘要: According to embodiments of the present invention, machines, systems, computer-implemented methods and computer program products for retrieving information pertaining to an affinity of a user are provided. In some embodiments, a search query is received from a user. The search query is analyzed to determine a bias of the user. The social media activity of the user is evaluated to determine affinity indicators for the user. Prior searches and selection of search results by the user is evaluated to detect patterns of the user. An affinity of the user is determined based on the bias, affinity indicators, and patterns. Initial search results are generated that satisfy the search query, and the initial search results are filtered based on the determined affinity of the user to produce search results in accordance with the determined affinity of the user.

摘要: Cognitive routing of an incoming call includes analyzing respective captured audio and video data related to each of a plurality of agents of an enterprise, each agent associated with a respective mobile device; and determining a respective current activity in which each agent is engaged based on the agent's related captured audio and video data. Such routing also includes selecting one of the plurality of agents to receive an incoming call based at least in part on the determined respective current activity in which each agent is engaged; and routing an incoming call to the mobile device associated with the selected one agent.
