摘要： A gas combustion apparatus of a laundry dryer is provided, by which an initial ignition power is improved to enhance an ignition property. The gas combustion apparatus includes a gas supply; a mixing pipe, having a mixing passage extending from an inlet end to an outlet end, for mixing the supplied gas with primary air, the primary air and gas entering the mixing passage at the inlet end and a gas-and-air mixture exiting the mixing passage at the outlet end; and a flame holder, disposed at the outlet end of the mixing pipe, for separating the gas-and-air mixture exiting the mixing pipe into a complex plurality of jetted streams.

The drum has a simple structure enabling the use of standardized segments to facilitate dryer manufacture by reducing production costs, increasing productivity, and reducing failure rates. The drum, which has a cylindrical shape, is composed of a plurality of segments, preferably, three, each arranged axially with respect to the axis of the drum. The drum includes a coupling mechanism, provided on each side edge of each segment, for joining the segments to form the cylindrical shape of the drum.

摘要： An assembly between a front cabinet panel and a front support piece in a laundry drier is stably achieved, to improve work efficiency and productivity in a laundry drier fabrication process. The laundry drier has an internally mounted drum and includes a base forming a bottom of a body, a front cabinet panel forming a front side of the body, a pair of side cabinet panels forming opposing lateral sides of the body, a back cover forming a rear side of the body, a top cover covering an upper part of the body, a control panel installed on a rearward end of the top cover, and a front support piece installed behind the front cabinet panel to support a front side of the drier drum. The laundry drier further includes a first support flange extending from an upper portion of the front cabinet panel and having at least one slot formed in a central portion of the first support flange; and a second support flange extending from an upper portion of the front support piece and having at least one hooking portion formed by partially cutting through a predetermined area of the second support flange, to bend the cut area into a hook that protrudes downward, wherein the hook of the second support flange is coupled with the slot of the front cabinet panel, to thereby pre-assemble the front support piece to the front cabinet panel.

摘要： Disclosed is a clothing dryer comprising a base configured to form a bottom of a main body, an exhaust duct installed in the main body and outwardly guiding hot air, a fixing member disposed at the exhaust duct and an exhaust duct bracket for fixing the exhaust duct at the base by being coupled to the fixing member. The exhaust duct bracket has an exhaust duct guide unit for receiving a shape of the fixing member disposed at the exhaust duct. Accordingly, it is capable of enhancing an assembly characteristic of the exhaust duct and of reducing a fabrication cost. And, the present invention relates to a method for mounting the exhaust duct of the clothing dryer at the base of the main body, by coupling the fixing member formed at the exhaust duct and the exhaust duct bracket formed at the base of the main body to each other. In the method, an exhaust duct guide unit for receiving a shape of the fixing member is formed at the upper surface of the exhaust duct bracket and then the fixing member and the exhaust duct bracket are coupled to each other, thus the exhaust duct is fixed at the base of the main body.

As bracket fixing means are formed at the fan housing so as to prevent one end of the cut-off bracket from coming into contact with the blowing fan, it is capable of mounting the fan housing at its original position even though the cut-off bracket is thermally deformed and of preventing air volume from decreasing.
