Abstract: A display device includes a panel. The panel includes a first substrate; a first electrode disposed on the first substrate; a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate; a scan line disposed on the second substrate; a data line disposed on the second substrate and interlaced with the scan line; a first insulating layer disposed on the scan line and the data line; a second insulating layer disposed on first insulating layer; a second electrode disposed between the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer; a third electrode disposed on the second insulating layer; and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first electrode and the third electrode, wherein the second electrode overlaps the data line in a top view.
