    Abstract: A controller including a processor configured to obtain a message from a task performing agent of a group of task performing agents allocated to a plurality of tasks, wherein the message comprises information about one or more assessments of the task performing agent, wherein the one or more assessments are based on a sensing process performed by one or more sensors of the task performing agent, wherein the task performing agent is an autonomous machine or a human agent equipped with sensors; and allocate a task of the plurality of tasks to the task performing agent, based on the information and based on whether the task performing agent is an autonomous machine or a human agent.

    Abstract: A vehicle control system, including an in-vehicle bus and a plurality of electronic control units (ECUs) coupled to the in-vehicle bus, wherein at least one ECU of the plurality of ECUs is configured to: receive, at a respective at least one ECU of the plurality of ECUs, a message in a message stream on the in-vehicle bus; evaluate the message to determine at least one of a confidence value of the security classification, a significance value of the message, or a bounds check value of the message; and determine in real-time to allow or deny the message to the vehicle control system based on at least one of the significance value of the message, the bounds check value of the message, or the confidence value of the security classification of the message, to provide a sanitized message stream to the vehicle control system.

    Abstract: A real-time vehicle-based data gathering system includes: a vehicle management server to transmit a request to a plurality of vehicles, the request including geolocation information and microcode, wherein a respective vehicle of the plurality of vehicles is configured to execute the microcode when in a location corresponding to the geolocation information, the microcode to cause the respective vehicle to: execute a data gathering task using sensors in the respective vehicle, and transmit a response to the vehicle management server when the data gathering task is complete; and a data stream processor to receive responses from the plurality of vehicles, the responses including real-time sensed data acquired from the plurality of vehicles.
