摘要: Machine logic that traces increases (or decreases) in query drift by performing the following steps: retrieving a first response list responding to a first query; retrieving a second response list responding to a second query, wherein the second query is based, at least in part, on a topic related to the first query; determining a set of scores for each of the first response list and the second response list, calculating a normalized query commitment (“NQC”) for each of the first response list and the second response list; and responsive to determining that a ratio representing a relative difference between the NQC for the first response list and the NQC for the second response list is above a predetermined threshold, determining to use the second response list to respond to the first query.

摘要: A method, computer system, and a computer program product for automated agent intent detection enhancement are provided. A first message from a first user is received. The first message is generated during a first conversation between the first user and a first automated agent. A computer produces a second message that includes a same request as the first message but a different language modality than the first message. The second message and the first message are combined to form a combined message. The combined message is input into the first automated agent such that the first automated agent produces an intent classification for the first message.

Keywords are derived from the first query, and for each keyword, a respective second query is submitted to the search engine, the respective second query including the first query term and the derived keyword. In response to each of the respective second queries, a respective second list including respective second results is received, each of the respective second results having a second ranking and a corresponding first result, and for each given second result, one or more stability scores are computed based on the second ranking of the given second result and the first ranking of the corresponding first result. 摘要: Various systems and methods are presented regarding detecting data drift. The data of interest can be batches of utterances received at an interface (e.g., a chatbot). The batches of utterances can be compared with topics present in training data utilized to train a data classifier (e.g., an autoencoder), wherein topics identified in the batches of utterances that are not present in the training data can be considered to be novel topics. The greater the presence of novel topics in a batch of utterances, the greater the divergence of the batch of utterances from the content of the training data. The novel topics can be identified and subsequently applied to the training data such that the data classifier can be re-trained with the novel topics, thereby causing the data classifier to be contemporaneous with the novel topics. In an embodiment, the utterances can be short streams of text, symbols, and suchlike.

Embodiments include receiving a first plurality of sentences comprising a first word that is associated with a class and a second plurality of sentences comprising a second word that is not associated with the class. Embodiments include training a classifier using positive training data for the class that is based on the first plurality of sentences and negative training data for the class that is based on the second plurality of sentences. Embodiments include determining a measure of correlation between a third word and the class by using a sentence comprising the third word as an input to the classifier. Embodiments include using the measure of correlation to perform an action selected from the following list: selecting content to provide to a user; determining an automatic chat response; or filtering a set of content.
