摘要: A paint filling apparatus has a plurality of header portions, and one common manifold portion that is capable of supplying a cleaning liquid to each header portion. One side of each header portion is attachable to and detachable from a paint cartridge, and another side of each header portion is attachable to and detachable from the common manifold portion. Each header portion has a paint supply channel for filling a paint into the paint cartridge. The paint supply channel of each header portion is constructed of a piping member and a paint channel. An end portion of each header portion is linkable in communication with the inside of the paint cartridge, and another end portion thereof is linked in communication with a corresponding one of paint tanks that are provided separately for each of the paint colors. An intermediate portion of each paint supply channel is provided with a paint valve that controls the open-closed state of the upstream side of the paint supply channel.

摘要: A paint supply method supplies a paint into a paint cartridge by using a filling valve that has: a paint supply channel that is linkable in communication with a supply portion provided for supplying the paint into the paint cartridge; a branch channel that branches from the paint supply channel near a site of linkage in communication between the supply portion and the paint supply channel; and a trigger valve as an open-close valve of the paint supply channel which is disposed in the paint supply channel upstream of the site of linkage in communication. After a filling liquid is filled into the branch channel, the trigger valve (open-close valve) is opened, and the paint is supplied into the paint cartridge via the paint supply channel.

摘要: A paint filling apparatus has a plurality of header portions, and one common manifold portion that is capable of supplying a cleaning liquid to each header portion. 摘要: A conveyor device for applying a high voltage to a work transported in a coating booth includes a conveyor device main body having a running base running in the coating booth and an electrode attachment attached to the running base being insulated therefrom for carrying the work and applying a high voltage to the work, an electromagnetic wave transmitter disposed in the coating booth for transmitting electromagnetic waves to the running base during running in a high voltage application zone and a low voltage generator means for receiving electromagnetic waves from the electromagnetic transmitter means and a high voltage generator for stepping-up a low voltage outputted from the low voltage generator and supplying a high voltage to the electrode attachment, mounted on the running base.

摘要: The present invention provides oxygen concentrators which achieve reliable pressure control in the oxygen columns with reduced number of components for pressure control in the oxygen columns, and also easy maintenance and reduced power consumption. PSA, PVSA, or VSA oxygen concentrator consisting of oxygen concentration columns BF1 and BF2, pressure control means for adjusting pressure in the oxygen concentration columns, and oxygen tank T for storing concentrated oxygen, comprises mechanical flow control means SC1 which regulates flow from the oxygen tank to the oxygen concentration columns. Pressures in the oxygen concentration columns BF1 and BF2 are kept within a predetermined range by the function of mechanical flow control means SC1 placed in between the oxygen concentration columns and the oxygen tank.
