    摘要: A process for working .beta. titanium alloy comprises the steps of first elongating the alloy at a temperature not higher than a .beta. transus temperature and at a working ration of 30% or more. Next, conducting a subsequent aging treatment. Then, elongating the alloy at a temperature not higher than the aging treatment temperature and at a working ratio of 70% or more when combined with that in the first step for elongating. Then a recrystallization treatment is carried out at a treating temperature not higher than the .beta. transus temperature or isothermal working is carried out within a temperature range of the .beta. transus temperature minus 200.degree. C. to the .beta. transus.

    摘要: The titanium alloy treatment process of the present invention comprises molding an .alpha.+.beta. titanium alloy and a .beta. alloy, subjecting the resultant article to a .beta. solution treatment above the .beta. transformation point, quenching the treated article to room temperature to form a martensitic single phase or a .beta. single phase, subjecting the article to an aging treatment below the .beta. transformation point to finely precipitation an .alpha. precipitate on the martensite phase or the .beta. phase, and then subjecting the article to a mirror fining treatment to attain a mirror state.

Since the shots can be reflected toward the inner surface inside in the hole of the pipe, the tendency that shots may be moved toward the inner surface outside in the hole of the curved portion can be small.

    摘要: To prevent corrosion and disconnection of an anisotropic conductor film due to ink and ink vapor and to eliminate discharge defects in an ink jet print head having a structure in which a head chip and a circuit substrate for driving the head chip are interconnected by an FPC substrate through the anisotropic conductor film, an outer periphery of the interconnecting portion is molded throughout a full range by a sealant so as to cut off the interconnecting portion from external air. The sealant is of an epoxy type, a silicone type or an acrylic type. An epoxy sealant having low viscosity (50 pa·s or below) and high hardness (85 or more: JISA standard) is used for a first layer sealant of the interconnecting portion and a silicone sealant having high viscosity (70 pa·s or more) is used for a second layer sealant to achieve a two-layered molding structure.

The number of components in the temperature sensor (10) employing such a sensor cover (44) is smaller than that in a temperature sensor (50) in which a cap and a lead drawing member are separate from each other.
