摘要: An adapter for an endoscope of the present invention includes: a locking device for attaching and detaching that attaches and locks this adapter for an endoscope onto a predefined position on an endoscope control part; and a first treatment tool locking device that keeps a treatment tool at a first predefined position. Furthermore, at the first predefined position, a guidewire entry aperture of the treatment tool and an entry aperture of a forceps plug are separated in such a way as to face each other along substantially the same line.

摘要: An endoscope includes in an insertion portion thereof a hard distal end portion and a bending portion arranged consecutively with the distal end portion; with the center axes of the distal end portion and the bending portion kept eccentric with each other, the distal end portion and the bending portion are coupled. A distal-end constituent member includes a distal-end bending-portion joint piece arrangement stage, a transition portion, a distal-end formation portion, and the like. The distal-end formation portion defines the contour of the distal-end constituent member, and the center position is OA. The transition portion is the reference plane for the bending portion, and the center position is OB. A distal-end bending-portion joint piece incorporated in the bending portion is arranged on the distal-end bending-portion joint piece arrangement stage. The center positions of the distal-end formation portion and the transition portion are eccentric with each other.

摘要: An endoscope including a bending portion in an insertion portion comprises multiple pulling members, an operation device, a driving force transfer mechanism and a biasing mechanism. The multiple pulling members are mounted on the bending portion. The operation device generates a driving force for pulling the pulling members in conjunction with a turning operation. The bending portion is bent by the operation device between an approximately straight state and a bending state. The driving force transfer mechanism transfers the driving force generated in conjunction with the turning operation of the operation device to the pulling members. The biasing mechanism provides the driving force transfer mechanism with a biasing force for turning the operation device in a reverse direction to the turning operation direction in a state where the bending portion is bent by turning the operation device.
