    摘要: An image display device includes plural display elements with display screens on which two-dimensional images are displayed. Optical paths of display light for forming the two-dimensional images are disposed to overlap each other. An image transmission panel is provided on the optical paths for transmitting the display light to display the two-dimensional images in a space on a side opposite to the display screens. An image pickup element is integrated with the display screens of the display element or provided in the vicinity of the display screens for picking up images of objects entering the space through the display panel. The image display device has a position specifying element for specifying positions of the picked-up objects in accordance with results of the images picked up by the image pickup element, and an image control element for controlling the display element to switch the two-dimensional images based on the specified positions.

    摘要: In an image display device, an image controller controls a floating image and a direct view image so as to be linked to each other. The image controller displays a given object as the floating image, and displays the floating image such that the given object displayed as the floating image is shifted in a specified first direction from a displayed position of the floating image to a second image screen. The image controller executes a process associated with the given object during or after the shift of the given object, and displays, on the second image screen, a two-dimensional image on which the executed process is reflected.

    摘要: An image display device main roughly includes a floating image display unit 1 and a floating image recognizing unit 2. The floating image displaying unit 1 includes a display unit 10 having an image screen 11 for displaying a two-dimensional image, and an image transfer panel 20 located far from the image screen 11, the floating image display unit 1 being to focus light left from the image screen 11 on an image plane 30 in a space to thereby display a floating image, the space being located on one side of the image transfer panel 20 opposite to the other side thereof facing the display unit 11. The floating image recognizing unit 2 is formed of a light-transmissive plate 40 that is light transmissive. The light-transmissive plate 40 has a size that allows all light left from the image screen 11 and focused on the image plane 30 to be passed therethrough. The light-transmissive plate 40 is placed to be obliquely-crossed to the image plane 30.

A first display displays a first image on a first screen, an image transmission element is in a light path for a display light component of the first image and transmits the display light component of the first image so a real image of the first image appears on an image forming surface opposite the first screen as a stray image. A second display displays a second image on a second screen as a directly visible image so the stray image is observable from an observation position.
