The piston (16) and the needle (20) are connected by a coupling (22; 22′) which is adapted to assume three states: a releasable coupling state in which the needle (20) can be moved towards the front end of the casing (10) together with the piston (16), an uncoupled state in which the piston (16) can be moved back in the casing (20) separately from the needle (20), and a permanent coupling state in which the needle (20) can be withdrawn into the casing (10) by the piston (16).
