Abstract: A laser tip, a laser treatment tool, a laser treatment device and a laser treatment system are provided for performing laser treatment surgery and minimizing any bleeding. A laser tip is attachable to a laser radiation opening located at the tip end of a laser transmission tube. The laser tip includes an attaching portion detachable from the laser radiation opening and a contact portion contactable with biological tissue. The contact portion is at the front of the attaching portion in the direction in which the laser light exits the laser radiation opening. An open space is located between the contact portion and the attaching portion, and a coupler couples a part of the contact portion and a part of the attaching portion. The contact portion has a reflective surface at a rear end thereof which reflects the laser light toward the coupler.

Abstract: Provided are a laser tip, a laser treatment tool, a laser treatment device and a laser treatment system safely performing a surgery for a laser treatment and, if bleeding occurs, stopping the bleeding. A laser tip 70 is attachable to a laser radiation opening 63a provided at a tip end of a laser transmission tube 63. From the laser radiation opening 63a, laser light 57a is directed. The laser tip 70 includes a laser transmission tube attaching portion 71 detachable from the laser radiation opening 63a; a contact portion 72 contactable with a biological tissue, the contact portion 72 being provided to the front of the laser transmission tube attaching portion 71 in a direction in which the laser light 57a is directed from the laser radiation opening 63a, with an open space S being provided between the contact portion 72 and the laser transmission tube attaching portion 71; a coupler 73 coupling a part of the contact portion 72 and a part of the laser transmission tube attaching portion 71 to each other; the contact portion 72 having a reflective surface 72b at a rear end thereof, the reflective surface 72b reflecting the laser light 57a, directed forward from the laser radiation opening 63a, toward the coupler 73.

Abstract: An abnormality detection system for highly precise detection of an abnormality in a laser treatment device includes a laser transmission tube coupled with a laser treatment unit, oscillating laser light, a discharge-side water pressure sensor, and a water pressure detection liquid surface level meter detecting a change in a pressure of cooling water flowing through forward-direction and a backward-direction spaces in the laser transmission tube. The laser transmission tube includes a hollow wavelength path having a lightguide space formed in a longitudinal direction, and an outer case enclosing an outer circumferential surface of the hollow waveguide path and extending in the longitudinal direction. The discharge-side water pressure sensor and the water pressure detection liquid surface level meter detect the change in the pressure of the cooling water flowing through in a forward-direction space and a backward-direction space to detect any abnormality.
