    摘要: The present disclosure discloses application of a deep eutectic solvent in textile dyeing, belonging to the technical field of ecological dyeing and finishing of textiles. A natural hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent system (HDES) is first used as a dyeing medium to perform reactive dyeing on cotton. Firstly, the prepared natural hydrophobic deep eutectic solvent is mixed with a small amount of dye aqueous solution at high speed to prepare dye liquor, and then cotton fabric soaked with alkali liquor is put into a dye bath for dyeing. The dyeing method doesn't require addition of inorganic salts and other dyeing auxiliaries, but uses a small amount of water and alkali agent to achieve the same dyeing effect as traditional water bath, and the dyeing medium is safe and environment-friendly. After dyeing, cyclic dyeing can be achieved by simply separating the dye bath, which truly realizes green dyeing of reactive dyes.

    摘要: The disclosure discloses a method for anti-felting finishing of wool fabric with protease K, and belongs to the technical field of dyeing and finishing of wool fabric in the wool spinning industry. The purpose is to solve the problems that common protease anti-felting treatment has greater damage to the strength of wool and has a weak degradation effect on keratin in a scale layer, thereby achieving the purpose of optimizing the anti-felting finishing of wool fabrics with protease. A preferred process is: pure wool fabric is first pretreated with urea peroxide, CMC is blocked with chitosan oligosaccharides, and then the wool fabric is treated with protease K. The wool fabric treated by the method has obviously improved anti-felting property, and the damage to the strength of the fabric is reduced. The disclosure introduces protease K into the anti-felting finishing of wool for the first time. Through effective degradation of keratin in wool scales by the protease K, a good anti-felting effect of wool is achieved, and the protease K anti-felting treatment can replace the traditional chlorination anti-felting treatment.

    摘要: The disclosure relates to a mechanical hand of a dual-driven special-shaped super-flexible elastic framework. The mechanical hand includes a top plate and a base plate. The top plate and the base plate are fixed into a whole through two groups of guide connection rods. Two lead screw shaft servo motors are disposed on the top plate at an interval. Lead screws of the two lead screw shaft servo motors are respectively connected to a hollow finger front section driving plate and a finger root portion driving plate. Tail ends of the two lead screws are respectively supported on the base plate through two mounted bearings. The mechanical hand further includes flexible fingers. A tip portion of each of the flexible fingers is fixed on the hollow finger front section driving plate. A special-shaped super-flexible leaf spring of the flexible finger is connected to the base plate through a finger root hinge seat. A curved rod of the flexible finger is connected to the finger root portion driving plate through a curved rod hinge seat. The two lead screw shaft servo motors convert rotation movements into linear movements through lead screw nut mechanisms, and different portions of the flexible finger are respectively driven to move. Objects of different sizes and states are reliably grasped. A grasping range is wide. A flexible self-adaption effect is achieved.

To adjust the position of the contact point of the grasped object, the acting point of the contact force and the direction of the acting force can be selected according to situations, so that the grasping is more accurate and reliable. At the same time, the angle between the finger knuckle and the grasped object can be adjusted to adapt to a larger change in size of the grasped object. Fed roving includes at least two types of fiber blended roving, including magnetic fibers.     摘要: The present invention provides a chain plate flexible finger including a chain plate framework, a pneumatic elastic bellows artificial muscle, and a plastic annular frame. The axial expansion of the elastic bellows artificial muscle is restricted by the chain plate framework to overcome the elastic force of a tension spring to bend, to generate conformal contact between one or more chain plates and an object to be gripped and generate a contact force for a gripping state. With the control of a high-speed on-off valve, the air pressure in an inner cavity of the elastic bellows artificial muscle is accurately controlled to vertically or horizontally grip a cylindrical object, a cuboid object, a spherical object or an ellipsoid object. The flexible finger has adequate flexible adaptability and a simple structure, and is reliable to use, and adapts to differently shaped objects to be gripped and vertically and transversely placed objects.
