Abstract: An inverted non-stop apparatus includes a lubricating system and a breathing system. The lubricating system includes a machine body, an engine oil pump, and an oil pan. A cavity of the oil pan is divided into an oil collection groove and an oil tank body. A flange is provided to form an enclosed lubricating oil tank. The engine oil pump is a double pump including a lubricating pump and an oil return pump. An oil suction port of the oil return pump is connected to the bottom of the oil collection groove, and an oil outlet is connected to the lubricating oil tank. An oil inlet of the lubricating pump is connected to the lubricating oil tank, and an oil outlet is communicated with a main oil path of the machine body. A breathing one-way valve and an air pressure relief valve are provided on the oil tank cover.

Abstract: A pH sensor with automatic water storage and replenishment, including a substrate, a working electrode, a reference electrode, a first piezoelectric micropump, a water storage device, and a second piezoelectric micropump. The working electrode, the reference electrode, the first piezoelectric micropump, the water storage device, and the second piezoelectric micropump are arranged on the substrate. The working electrode and the reference electrode are each connected to a bonding pad through an electrode lead. The second piezoelectric micropump, the water storage device, and the first piezoelectric micropump are sequentially communicated, and a liquid flows to the working electrode via an outlet of the first piezoelectric micropump.

Abstract: A lubrication system includes an engine oil pump, a lubricating oil tank, a breathing pipe, a machine body, and an oil pan. The engine oil pump is formed by superposing upper and lower layers being a lubricating pump and an oil return pump. An oil inlet of the oil return pump leads to a cavity of the oil pan, and an oil outlet leads to an interior of the lubricating oil tank. An oil inlet of the lubricating pump leads to the interior of the lubricating oil tank, and an oil outlet leads to a machine filter. The machine filter is communicated with a main oil path of the machine body. An oil tank cover of the lubricating oil tank is provided with a breathing one-way valve and an oil filling port. The breathing one-way valve communicates one end of the breathing pipe, and the other end thereof communicates a crankcase.

Abstract: A superhydrophilic thick-film pH sensor based on chemical etching, and a preparation method thereof are provided. The superhydrophilic thick-film pH sensor includes: a substrate, and a working electrode and a reference electrode that cover surfaces of the substrate. The working electrode includes a titanium sheet attached to one side of the substrate; a front part of an outer surface of the titanium sheet is covered with a titanium dioxide sensitive layer; an electrically-conductive layer is attached to the other side of the substrate; the reference electrode is located on the electrically-conductive layer, and a surface of the reference electrode is coated with a naphthol layer; and an insulating gel wraps the substrate to expose only the working electrode and the reference electrode. The working electrode is obtained by soaking the titanium sheet in an 80° C. NaOH solution, and is integrated with the reference electrode to produce the thick-film pH sensor.
