    摘要: A quick no-water startup apparatus for a centrifugal pump includes, from top to bottom in sequence, one-way passages (1), a self-priming chamber housing (41), sliding devices (5), a self-priming chamber (4), chamber partition plates (2) a concave-convex impeller (3), inlet channels (6) connected on two sides of the self-priming chamber (4), a spring device (7) of an upper-side x-shaped gas-liquid separation device, the upper-side x-shaped gas-liquid separation device (8), upper and middle-side gas-liquid separation device connecting shafts (9), a middle-side gas-liquid separation device (10), lower-side backflow-type gas-liquid separation devices (11), v-shaped backflow channels (122), an inverted v-shaped inlet channel (121), and an inlet. The quick no-water startup apparatus of the present invention enables the centrifugal pump to directly enter a normal operating condition after no-water startup, and 36 times of air exhaust can be completed while the concave-convex impeller (3) in the self-priming chamber (4) rotates by a circle in the early stage. Besides, the apparatus is provided with the upper, middle, and lower gas-liquid separation devices to fully realize separation of gas and liquid, so that gas can be exhausted more quickly and the chamber is filled with water. Therefore, the working efficiency is significantly improved and the operation process is greatly simplified.

    摘要: Clean version of the Abstract A pneumatic type water-free starting self-priming device includes a driving device, and a gas-liquid separation chamber and an expandable gas-liquid separation chamber respectively arranged on two sides of the driving device. The driving device uses high-speed gas to drive a drive disk to rotate and drive a drive shaft to rotate. The gas-liquid separation chamber uses a telescopic piston shaft rod to generate a pressure difference between the gas-liquid separation chamber and outside to suck in water, so as to realize water suction, gas-liquid separation and water drainage. The expandable gas-liquid separation chamber uses shrinkage or expansion of volumes of inner and outer chambers to generate a pressure difference to suck in water, so as to realize water suction, gas-liquid separation and water drainage. Also, the high-speed gas from the driving device flows through the two chambers, so that air can be discharged quickly.

    摘要: The present invention provides a quick startup device for a centrifugal pump. The device includes an upper self-priming chamber, a lower self-priming chamber, and an inlet pipe sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The upper self-priming chamber and the lower self-priming chamber are integrally mounted on the inlet pipe. A main shaft and a hexagonal partition member rotatably mounted on the main shaft are arranged on an axis of the upper self-priming chamber. A blade tip of each partition plate is closely attached to an inner wall surface of the upper self-priming chamber. Three identical accommodation grooves are provided on an inner side of the upper self-priming chamber. A spring and a separation baffle are arranged in each accommodation groove, an exhaust hole is provided on one side of each accommodation groove, and an air intake pipe is provided on the other side of each accommodation groove.

    摘要: A pump front chamber automatic compensation device for improving closed impeller backflow is provided. The automatic compensation device is mounted on the inner wall surface of the pump body front chamber, extending from the inner wall surface of the pump body front chamber to the impeller front cover plate, stopping the flow of fluid from the impeller outlet to the pump front chamber. The automatic compensation device includes a spacer plate and a compensation feedback device. One end of the spacer plate extends into the pump front chamber, and the other end is connected to the automatic compensation assembly, through which the length of the spacer extension is automatically compensated. The pump front chamber automatic compensation device can prevent the fluid flowing out of the impeller outlet from entering the front chamber of the centrifugal pump, thus improving the operating efficiency and stability of the centrifugal pump.

    摘要: A hemispherical entrainment-type high-flow self-priming centrifugal pump includes a hemispherical entrainment system, a pump body and a pump inlet pipe. The hemispherical entrainment system is disposed above the pump body. The hemispherical entrainment system comprises four layers of entrainment cavities, including a spherical entrainment interior cavity, a primary entrainment cavity, a secondary entrainment cavity and a tertiary entrainment cavity. The spherical entrainment interior cavity is a double circular pipeline that ascends in a spiral overlapping manner to wrap a hemispherical surface, and improves the entrainment capacity, while increasing the entrainment area. The primary entrainment cavity is allowed to be in communication with the secondary entrainment cavity and the tertiary entrainment cavity by upward sliding of a sliding check core. The secondary entrainment cavity entrains the gas in the pump inlet pipe, and the primary entrainment cavity entrains the gas in a pump cavity.

    摘要: A self-priming starting device for a centrifugal pump is mounted on a water inlet pipe of the centrifugal pump and includes an outer housing, an inner housing, a primary spacer, a secondary spacer, an opening and closing disc and a tertiary spacer which are sequentially provided in the outer housing from top to bottom, and an elastic steel plate provided in the water inlet pipe. A drum is provided in the inner housing, and air inlet pipes and air discharging pipes are provided on the inner housing. The drum is provided with drum chambers and a three-blade support is provided in the drum. The opening and closing disc is provided with a vertical rod. A gas-liquid cutter is provided between the primary spacer and the secondary spacer.
