摘要: A composite intake system and method of operating a rotary engine with variable intake manifold is provided. The system includes two switching valves in a secondary intake switching tube to change the intake method. When the rotary engine works under low speed conditions, it adopts the long intake manifold and the side-intake mode. When the rotary engine works under medium and high speed conditions, it uses the short intake manifold and the composite-intake mode. When the rotary engine works under ultra high speed conditions, it takes the short intake manifold and the peripheral-intake mode.

摘要: An actuator of a rotary engine that can realize different compression ratios includes three parts: an eccentric shaft, a triangle rotor and a control system. The eccentric shaft includes the front part of the eccentric shaft, the combination of an electric three-jaw and the rear part of the eccentric shaft. The triangle rotor includes the variable volume actuator, the front part of the rotor and the rear part of the rotor. The control system controls expansion and contraction of the electric three-jaw. The eccentric shaft part passes through the triangle rotor part to make the combination of electric three jaw to arrange in the annular groove. The reciprocating motion of the variable volume actuator is controlled by the expansion and contraction of the claw top of the electric three-jaw. Engine compression ratio may therefore be adjusted using the compression ratio adjustment system.

摘要: A pin-on-plate friction and wear test device includes a high temperature heating chamber and a cooling pin. The high temperature heating chamber is fastened horizontally to the mobile base. The axis of the cooling pin is perpendicular to the upper surface of the mobile base. The electric resistance heating plate is located in the bottom closed space under the friction sample plate in the high temperature heating chamber. The electric resistance heats the fixed sample to experiment temperature. The inner layout of pin is a circling cooling channel where the cooling medium adjusts and cools the temperature of the sample. Thermocouples are separately distributed in the temperature measuring groove of the high temperature heating chamber and the temperature measuring hole of the cooling pin for real-time temperature measurement. The device can simulate the friction and wear properties of the high-strength steel plate and hot-stamping die in the differential temperature environment.
