    摘要： Disclosed is an apparatus and method for controlling a wireless terminal. The apparatus comprises a folder opening/closing detection module detecting opening/closing states of folder housings pivoting away from a body housing of the terminal in different directions and generating opening/closing detection signals, a key input module comprising input modules each having inner and external key(s), a display module comprising a first display module disposed in one of the folder housings and a second display module disposed in the body housing, a position detection module detecting a terminal position and generating position detection signals, a voice inputting/outputting module comprising input/output modules each having a speaker and a microphone and mounted on different sides of the terminal, rotary-type speakers each rotatably mounted inside one of the folder housings, and a control module controlling said input/output and display modules (including speakers) according to the folder opening/closing signals and/or the generated position signals.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for controlling a portable home theater (PHT) with multiple functions using a wireless terminal are provided. When the PHT is selected in the wireless terminal, a determination is made as to whether the PHT is connected. When the PHT is connected, an operating mode is switched to a PHT control mode. In the PHT control mode, a function provided in the PHT is selected. The wireless terminal then controls the selected function provided in the PHT.

    摘要： Provided is an antenna apparatus for a portable terminal including a first antenna pattern, and a second antenna pattern formed to correspond to the first antenna pattern, so that the second antenna provides a capacitive coupling along with the first pattern, thereby configuring a divergent type antenna with the second antenna pattern. The antenna apparatus configured in this manner comprises a pair of meander line antennas, whereby the antenna apparatus can efficiently suppress the generation of noise while being easily housed within the terminal. Furthermore, the antenna apparatus has an advantage of easily enhancing a specific absorption ratio (SAR) induced in a human body, which is an important factor for defining the function and quality of an antenna apparatus.

    摘要： An antenna device for a portable terminal, a portable terminal, and a method for providing an antenna device in a portable terminal are provided. The antenna device includes a radio frequency (RF) board on the portable terminal, an antenna connected to the RF board, a connection line for connecting the RF board to the antenna device, and matching circuits at both ends of the connection line. The matching circuits compensate for loss from the connection line itself and connection losses so that a signal can be adjusted in accordance with the properties of the antenna. Consequently, the properties of the antenna device are stabilized.
