摘要： A disk cartridge includes a case which receives a disk thereon, a cover which is installed on the case and includes an opening, and a shutter which is movably installed in the case, in a lower direction of the disk, to open and close an aperture formed on the case. The disk cartridge has guide holes formed on the case along a trace of the shutter, and support members formed on the shutter. The support members are guided along the guide holes while having ends thereof interfering with peripherals of the guide holes. Therefore, since the peripherals of the guide holes interfere with the ends of the support members, the shutter is prevented from being deformed even where an external force is applied to the shutter through the aperture, in a closed state of the shutter.

摘要： A diffractive deflection beam scanning system including: a plurality of light sources; a deflection disc rotatably mounted over the light sources, having patterns capable of diffracting and deflecting beams emitted from the light sources; a plurality of first reflecting mirrors for changing the traveling paths of beams diffracted and deflected by the deflection disc; a plurality of second reflecting mirrors for reflecting the beams reflected by the first reflecting mirrors in a beam scan direction, wherein the light sources are disposed in a straight line along a bisecting line of the deflection disc, perpendicular to the beam scan direction, and the second reflecting mirrors are arranged over the center of the deflection disc at different heights.

摘要： A multi-laser scanning unit (LSU) in which scanning lines incident parallel onto a photoreceptor have the same scanning direction. The multi-laser scanning unit includes: a driving source for providing a rotatory force; a deflection disk installed around a rotary shaft of the driving source having at least two sectors with a hologram pattern for diffracting and deflecting incident light, for scanning light through rotation; at least two light sources installed facing one surface of the deflection disk for irradiating light lines onto predetermined points in the at least two sectors of the deflection disk, the predetermined points are symmetrical by the rotary center of the deflection disk; a light path changing portion for changing traveling paths of the plurality of scanning lines formed by the rotation of the deflection disk, such that the centers of the scanning lines or extended imaginary lines of the scanning lines pass the rotary axis of the deflection disk; and a scanning direction changing portion for changing the scanning direction of one scanning line scanned by the deflection disk in the opposite scanning direction, such that all the scanning lines scan an image in the same scanning direction.

摘要： A belt steering apparatus for controlling inclined movement of the belt in, for example, a printer. The belt steering apparatus includes a first frame supporting a cylindrical roller having a predetermined portion which contacts an endless rotating belt, a second frame hinged to the center of the first frame, and a sliding member capable of sliding linearly, installed at one side of the first frame, and having an upper surface supporting a rotary shaft formed at one end of the roller, inclined from the direction of linear movement by a predetermined angle. A rack gear is provided on one side of the sliding member, and a pinion gear is connected to a rotary shaft of a motor mounted to the first frame, contacting a predetermined portion of the rack gear to linearly move the sliding member. Thus, the roller is easily tilted to forcibly raise and lower one side of the roller, and the pressure transferred from the belt can be withstood reliably.

摘要： A disk drive including a tray and an opener. The tray includes a disk cartridge mounted thereon and is loaded into and unloaded from a main body. The opener is installed in the main body and elastically contacts a guide formed on the tray. The opener includes a second gear and a first protrusion. The second gear rotates a rotating wheel when in contact with a first gear. The first protrusion formed on a first end of the second gear temporarily rotates the rotating wheel so that the first and second gears can mesh. The guide has a first cam that moves the opener such that the first protrusion does not interfere with the latch when the tray is loaded/unloaded.

摘要： A disc cartridge includes a case accommodating a disc and having an aperture hole formed on a first surface of the case so that a recording/reproducing apparatus access a recording surface of the disc, and an open hole formed on a second surface to be open to an outside of the case, a shutter opening/shutting the aperture hole and installed in the case, a disc holder installed at a side defining the open hole to move up and down and covering a gap between an outer circumference of the disc and an inner surface of the side defining the open hole when the disc holder descends, and a shutter driving mechanism moving the shutter so that the aperture hole is open/shut. Thus, a passage through which dust is introduced toward an information area of the disc, and a gap formed at an outer circumference are blocked by the disc holder so that a possibility of contamination by dust can be reduced.
