摘要： An oxazoline diester capable of rapid air-drying is formed by esterifying the reaction product of a carboxylic acid having non-terminal, alpha, beta unsaturation and tris(hydroxymethyl) aminoethane with a second carboxylic acid. The oxazoline diester can be used as a reactive diluent in an air-drying coating composition or can be homo- or co-polymerized with other ethylenically-unsaturated monomers to form a useful resin for other coating systems.
