摘要: A method and exchange for buying and selling rights in a legal contract or patent through an on-line exchange are disclosed. After obtaining a transfer of certain rights from the owner, and setting a transaction period during which the transferred rights can be bought and sold, the transferred rights are divided into fractions which can then be bought and sold, under buyer/seller exchange conditions. The bidding for fractions continues until a termination event occurs, which may be the expiration of the set transaction period or one of the participant buyer's acquiring a specified number of fractions of the transferred rights, in which case that participant can become the legal owner of the rights by acquiring all other ownership fractions in the rights at a predetermined price.

摘要: The invention is a methodology which makes it possible to select from a very large number of cells, a single cell or cells of interest and obtain specific information from those cells in a rapid and efficient manner. As an example of the methodology, a large number of antibody producing cells such as plasma cells are separated so that these individual antibody producing plasma cells are placed in individual wells. The cells are allowed to produce antibodies and the antibodies in the wells are then contacted with a protein bound to a solid surface such as a well top. The protein universally and specifically binds antibodies in the wells. The surface or well tray top includes addresses configured such that each address is specifically related to one of the individual wells containing a cell producing antibodies.

摘要: A multi-well system is described which is comprised of a tray comprising a plurality of wells which may include thousands, tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of wells or more. Each of the wells has a unique address. The system includes a tray top comprised of a plurality of areas wherein each of the areas corresponds uniquely to each of the wells and includes a unique address. The system may include a second tray top also comprised of a plurality of areas with unique addresses which uniquely correspond to each of the wells. The areas on the tops have compounds bound to those areas which compounds bind to components present in the wells and are used to obtain specific material in each well for analysis.

摘要: A fixed structure for the constricting band of snow goggles includes a goggle frame, a constricting band and a fastening member combined together. The goggle frame has two sides respectively provided with an insert slot and a hooking portion; the constricting band has two sides respectively fixed with a fastening body of the fastening member, and the fastening member consists of a hooking seat and the fastening body. In assembling, the hooking seat is inserted in the insert slot of the goggle frame and clasped with the hooking portion and then, the fastening body at the two sides of the constricting band is inserted in the hooking seat and positioned therein. Thus, the fixed structure for the constricting band of snow goggles can be stably combined and impossible to fall off.

摘要: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a shared processor architecture in a receiver system is disclosed. The receiver system is configured to have a first functional stage and a second functional stage for processing information carried by signals from a first transmitter system and a second transmitter system respectively. The first functional stage and the second functional stage correspond to an identical signal processing function. The shared processor architecture includes a first processor, allocated to the first functional stage and the second functional stage, for processing an output generated from the first functional stage or an output from the second functional stage.
