The liquid crystal panel includes a display area, an incident light control area, and an emitted light control area. The camera includes a light-entering surface and a light source. The liquid crystal panel is configured to selectively transmit visible light emitted from the light source in the emitted light control area and to selectively transmit visible light from outside in order to cause visible light to enter the camera from the outside in the incident light control area.

Abstract: A flat portion includes a corner side that is provided between the first and second sides and of which a tangent intersects the first and second sides. An inclined portion includes a first portion that is bent along the first side, a second portion that is bent along the second side, and a third portion that is bent from the corner side. A flexible display panel includes a notch that is provided between the first and second portions and of which a gap spreads in a direction away from the flat portion in a state where the flexible display panel is laid flat. Facing sides of the notch facing each other are adjacent to each other in a state where the flexible display panel is bent.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display panel includes scanning lines, signal lines, a pixel switching element, a pixel electrode, and a first control switch including first control switching elements. Each of the first control switching elements is composed of a transistor and includes a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. The scanning lines electrically connected to the gate electrodes of the first control switching elements are different from each other. The drain electrodes of the first control switching elements are electrically bundled and are connected to power source voltage output terminal of the first control switch.
