    摘要: A process for producing amino alcohols by electrosynthesis of nitro alcohols.Reduction of the nitro group is performed in three stages on a cathode made of a material having a strong hydrogen overpotential. During the second stage of reduction, the electronegative potential is higher, and in the last stage the sulfuric solution of amino alcohol obtained is subjected to a purification operation by electro-electrodialysis (EED), followed by an elimination of water.The process is particularly useful for the production of 2-nitro-2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-nitro-2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol, 2-nitro-2-ethyl-1, 3-propanediol, 2-nitro-1-butanol, tris(hydroxymethyl) nitromethane.

    摘要: A process for the preparation of sodium percarbonate is disclosed in which concentrated hydrogen peroxide is caused to act generally in the presence of a crystallization modifier on a fluid suspension of sodium carbonate decahydrate in a substantially saturated solution of sodium carbonate, the sodium carbonate decahydrate being in a quantity such that the enthalpy of its dissolution compensates for the enthalpy of crystallization or formation of the sodium percarbonate or other exothermic phenomena. The process is applicable to obtaining sodium percarbonate, of which the elementary particle is a regular rhombohedric crystal.

    摘要: Bleaching agent activators which function to release active oxygen. The activator is an amidine of the formula: ##STR1## wherein X is hydrogen, a halogen, an alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, cycloalkyl, thioalkyl, oxylalkyl, acyl, an inorganic acid radical such as SO.sub.3 H, or an organoinorganic radical, R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 designate hydrogen, an alkyl, aryl, alkylaryl, cycloalkyl or acyl radical; HA designates an inorganic or organic monoacid or the equivalent part of a polyacid. This class of amidines improves the effectiveness, at regular or moderate temperature, of liquid or solid bleaching agents, such as hydrogen peroxide, alkaline perborates and percarbonates.
