The cognitive engine searches frequency bands based on both specific frequency policy and a service chosen by the user and selects a specific frequency band from the searched frequency bands. The communication system block includes a platform block for performing configuration for the selected frequency band and at least one component block for performing data processing based on a specific protocol according tox the configuration of the platform block.
