摘要: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate and a sealing member that are separated from each other; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining layer on the pixel electrode and exposing a portion of the pixel electrode; an intermediate layer including a light emitting layer on the exposed portion of the pixel electrode; a facing electrode on the pixel defining layer and the intermediate layer; and a reflection member on a surface of the sealing member facing the substrate and patterned to have an opening portion that exposes the pixel electrode, wherein the opening portion is formed such that a boundary portion of the opening portion is closer to a center of the intermediate layer than a boundary portion of the portion of the pixel electrode exposed by the pixel defining layer.

摘要: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate and a sealing member that are separated from each other; a pixel electrode on the substrate; a pixel defining layer on the pixel electrode and exposing a portion of the pixel electrode; an intermediate layer including a light emitting layer on the exposed portion of the pixel electrode; a facing electrode on the pixel defining layer and the intermediate layer; and a reflection member on a surface of the sealing member facing the substrate and patterned to have an opening portion that exposes the pixel electrode, wherein the opening portion is formed such that a boundary portion of the opening portion is closer to a center of the intermediate layer than a boundary portion of the portion of the pixel electrode exposed by the pixel defining layer.

摘要: Embodiments may disclose an organic light-emitting display device including a first substrate including a pixel area emitting light in a first direction, and a transmittance area that is adjacent to the pixel area and transmits external light; a second substrate facing the first substrate and encapsulating a pixel on the first substrate; an optical pattern array on the first substrate or the second substrate to correspond to the transmittance area, the optical pattern array being configured to transmit or block external light depending on the transmittance area according to a coded pattern; and a sensor array corresponding to the optical pattern array, the sensor array being arranged in a second direction that is opposite to the first direction in which the light is emitted, the second array receiving the external light passing through the optical pattern array.

The display apparatus includes: a display panel including a pixel having a first region for emitting light via at least one surface thereof and a second region disposed adjacent to the first region and for transmitting external light therethrough; a signal generator for generating a signal including image words representing image data corresponding to the light emitted from the first region, wherein one or more transmittance bits of the signal represent transmittance of the second region; and a transmittance control device for controlling transmittance of the second region based on the one or more transmittance bits.

摘要: An organic light emitting display and a method of manufacturing the same. The organic light-emitting display is a transparent display where one can see through the display to view an image on the other side of the display. Each pixel of the display has a first region that includes an organic light emitting diode and a thin film transistor, and a larger second region that is transparent. The second region is made of either transparent layers or ultra thin layers so that light is not blocked. A second electrode of the display may include magnesium and may be produced by a selective deposition process, so that use of a fine metal mask may be avoided.
