摘要： A hinge assembly includes a shaft, a first bracket, a second bracket, a spacer, and a restricting member. The spacer includes a main body and a resilient area protruding from the main body. The resilient area includes a top portion and a base portion connecting the top portion with the main body. The restricting member and the second bracket are arranged at opposite sides of the spacer. The restricting member forms a protrusion resisting the top portion of the resilient area. The spacer is fixed with the second bracket, and the second bracket includes a receiving portion corresponding to the resilient area. The base portion is located in the projection of the receiving portion projected at the spacer, situated parallel to the axis of the shaft.

When the inserting portion of the base and the connecting portion of the connecting member are out of the receiving cavity, the inserting portion of the base is movable to the connecting member such that the support member and the base are collapsible.

The locking member has a sleeving hole with a shape substantially corresponding to a cross-section of the sleeve portion of the shaft. The locking member is non-rotatably latched to the engaging member. The elastic member is sleeved on the shaft to resist the components on the shaft.

摘要： A dual-axis hinge mechanism includes a rotatable bracket, a first rotatable assembly rotatably assembled on the rotatable bracket, and a second rotatable assembly pivotally assembled to the rotatable bracket. The second rotatable assembly includes a fixed bracket, a pivot shaft rotatably extended through the fixed bracket, a first limiting member rotatably sleeved on the pivot shaft, and a second limiting member non-rotatably sleeved on the pivot shaft. The second limiting member is rotated a certain angle follow the pivot shaft in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, and then drives the first limiting member to rotate with the second limiting member. The total of the rotatable angle of the second limiting member relative to the first limiting member and the rotatable angle of the first limiting member relative to the fixed bracket is about 360 degrees.

The rotatable leaf is non-rotatably connected to the pivot shaft and the fixing leaf is rotatably connected to the pivot shaft. The restricting member and the deformable member are rotatably sleeved on the pivot shaft. The restricting member defines two positioning grooves. The deformable member includes a base plate and two protrusions extending substantially perpendicularly from the base plate. The limiting blocks are partially received in the positioning grooves and connected to the deformable member. When the rotatable leaf is rotated, the limiting blocks slide out of the positioning grooves to press the base plate of the deformable member such that the deformable member becomes elastically deformed. The fastening member is fixed on an end of the pivot shaft.

Two ends of the resilient member are connected to the base and another end of the pivot shaft gripper, respectively. The resilient member applies a force on the pivot shaft gripper so that the pivot shaft gripper tightly grips on the pivot shaft, and the pivot shaft gripper is relaxed by an external force for allowing the pivot shaft to rotate relative to the base. The present invention further provides a hinge positioning unit (26).
