摘要： Provided is a novel antibody having an excellent antibacterial activity against P. aeruginosa. By using plasmablasts obtained from cystic fibrosis patients with chronic P. aeruginosa pulmonary infection as starting materials, antibodies which bind to LPS of a P. aeruginosa strain of serotype E and which have excellent antibacterial activities in vitro and in vivo were successfully obtained.
