摘要： A method for transmitting information data by using a Reed-Muller coding scheme in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes the steps of configuring a number of resource elements for transmitting the information data; dividing the information data to first information data and second information data if a bit size O of the information data is equal to or larger than a predetermined number; applying RM coding on each of the first information data and the second information data; concatenating the coded first information data and the coded second information data, and transmitting the concatenated data by using the predetermined number of resource elements, wherein a minimum value Q′min for the number of resource elements is defined by a sum of a minimum value Q′min—1 for the number of resource elements corresponding to the first information data and a minimum value Q′min—2 for the number of resource elements corresponding to the second information data.

The method includes the steps of configuring a number of resource elements for transmitting the information data; generating coded information data having a specific bit size by applying RM coding to the information data; performing rate matching to the coded information data so that the rate-matched information data can correspond to the configured resource elements; and transmitting the rate-matched information data by using the configured number of resource elements, wherein a minimum value Q′min for the number of resource elements is defined based upon a bit size (O) of the information data and based upon a bit size per symbol (Qm) in accordance with a modulation order.

摘要： The present invention provides a method for performing an initial access process used in a wireless access system and in an ultrahigh frequency band, and devices supporting same. The method for performing a high-speed initial access process in a wireless access system supporting an ultrahigh frequency band, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: receiving a synchronizing signal; receiving a broadcast channel signal; generating a random access preamble by using pre-fixed physical random access parameters according to a small cell supported in the ultrahigh frequency band; and transmitting the generated random access preamble on the basis of the synchronizing signal and the broadcast channel signal.
