摘要： A method for treating fungal infections in a mammal that includes administering a therapeutically effective amount of a composition comprising substantially pure amphotericin B and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Amphotericin BHP is associated with decreased toxicity in mammals and cells measured by cell viability and expression of cytokine markers. Thus, this method allows for reduced adverse reactions when using amphotericin B products.
