    摘要: A hydraulic device utilizes an aerosol can containing propellant for unblocking drains or other types of conduits by use of hydraulic ram pressure. A nozzle having a curved surface is movably mounted on the discharge end of the propellant container and is actuable by means of pressing the nozzle against the conduit opening to discharge a quantity of propellant gas into the conduit. The curved surface of the nozzle conveniently seals against the conduit opening. An annular skirt depending from the nozzle surrounds the upper can chine and an internal annular rib therein retains the nozzle on the container while allowing sufficient travel of the nozzle to move and actuate a valve stem of a valve assembly within the container discharge opening. A disc spring is located intermediate the nozzle and the container end having the discharge opening which normally biases the nozzle away from the valve stem of the valve assembly. Upon compression of the disc spring by pressing the nozzle against the conduit opening, the spring moves in a substantially regressive load deflection curve within a working deflection range until the disc is over centered and the valve stem fully depressed to permit expulsion of propellant gas through a discharge passage including a diffuser portion centrally disposed in the nozzle end. Upon release of the nozzle, the disc spring will cause the nozzle to return to its initial position and propellant flow will be stopped. The disc spring includes a plurality of grooves around the periphery thereof for permitting escape of trapped propellant. Additional diffusers are utilizable with the nozzle to permit sealing against flat surfaces surrounding the conduit opening.

A single paperboard blank has a first and second set of four serially connected rectangular panels, a corresponding set of connecting strips connecting the first and second set of panels and cooperating therewith to provide a top for the closure member and to provide telescopic movement of the closure member relative to the container body portion, a series of proportionately sized V-cuts between each of the first set of panels, just below and adjacent to the strips, and two pairs of converging cut score lines and a central perforated score line at non-adjacent corners of the constructed container body portion, the converging cut score lines having a predetermined height less than the height of the closure member.

Sufficient amounts of water are also employed in the slurry resulting in a flowable material. The slurry flows over and hardens as a thin uniform coating on the interior surface of an exhaust conduit. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion to the metallic material, does not crack or chip under impact forces, and possesses a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to the underlying metallic structure.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to an anti-fogging/anti-splash composition that can be used for anti-fog/anti-splash applications. When applied to the surface of a transparent or reflective substrate, the composition dries relatively clear and comprises a solution of a non-toxic, fast drying solvent or alcohol and a surface active agent containing sodium lauryl ether sulfate, and either a block ethylene oxide/polyethylene oxide copolymer, an ethoxylated amine, an ethoxylated acetylenic alcohol, sodium sulfosuccinate, ethoxylated sorbitan ester, random EO/PO polymers on butyl alcohol, or mixtures thereof. When applied to the surface of a substrate, the present invention provides a coating of high transparency which cures rapidly, is sufficiently surface active to be an anti-fog agent when “dry”, will persist when “wet” under water spray conditions (such as on a dental mirror) for a period substantial enough to be practicable, and will provide anti-splash benefits throughout the use cycle.
