    摘要： The present invention relates to environmentally safe low corrosive de-icers and the manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to environmentally safe low corrosive de-icers and the manufacturing method thereof, wherein said de-icers comprise calcium chloride (CaCl2.2H2O) as an active ingredient, along with a food stabilizer and a vegetable calcium as additives for anti-corrosion and a soil property improver as an ice-melting promoter thus having a much improved anti-corrosion property for metal such as steel structure as compared to conventional low de-icers, enabling to eliminate the danger of environmental contamination by using ingredients environmentally safe to plants and soils, and also enabling to mix the ingredients of the composition more uniformly during manufacture while retaining the essential property of fast solubility as a de-icer by introducing a system which can optimize temperature, mixing ratio, mixing speed and duration of mixing.

    摘要： Linear polymers of glycerol can prevent or delay ice nucleation in a variety of contexts. Polyglycerol can also be employed in combination with other ice control agents, such as polyvinyl alcohol/polyvinyl acetate copolymers and antifreeze proteins, to provide antinucleation effects that are superior to those of either polyglycerol or the co-antinucleator alone. Polyglycerol has a number of advantageous physical and toxicological properties, such as extreme water solubility, non-toxicity to human beings, non-toxicity to animal tissues and organs in vitro even at extreme concentrations, minimal foaming tendency, minimal retention on hydrophobic surfaces, and stability in solution without the need for periodic heating to reactivate its antinucleation properties.

    摘要： Improved deicing compositions and methods are provided. In particular, the subject invention is directed at deicing compositions which are suitable and effective for airport applications in which corrosion of magnesium based alloys is an issue. In particular, the invention is directed at deicing compositions which are less corrosive of steel and aluminum and certain magnesium based parts than conventional road salt. For example, the invention is directed to deicing compositions which are substantially less corrosive than allowed for use on aircraft metal parts, such as magnesium based alloys unlike acetate and formate salts. The subject invention is also directed at deicing compositions which inhibit the corrosive effects of conventional road salt. The subject invention is also directed at deicing compositions comprising effective deicing amounts of succinate salts, such as potassium succinate (trihydrate), ammonium succinate (anyhdrous), sodium succinate (hexahydrate), either alone or in combination. The subject invention is also directed at deicing compositions comprising effective corrosion inhibiting, deicing amounts of potassium succinate together with effective amounts of 1) polymaleimide sodium salt and magnesium succinate, 2) magnesium succinate and sodium polyaspartate, 3) sodium polysuccinimide, 4) sodium polyaspartate and polymaleimide sodium salt, 5) magnesium succinate or 6) sodium chloride which will enhance deicing and/or corrosion inhibiting properties.
