摘要： A process for manufacturing a conductive micro-powder includes the steps of: (i) forming an aqueous dispersion of conductive material and the first surfactant, (ii) mixing a latex emulsion of a polymer and a second surfactant into the aqueous dispersion to form a suspension and (iii) recovering the conductive micro-powder from the suspension. The first and second surfactants are of the same class and polarity. The conductive micro-powder finds particular utility as a coating for carrier core particles, and as a conductive coating component of carrier particle coatings.
