摘要: The present invention relates to a solution for handling handover of connections for a user equipment from a packet switch network to a circuit switched network. This is provided as a method implemented in a node and system. The method is provided in a telecommunications network (100) connecting user equipment, i.e. UE, (101) communicating wirelessly (111) with the network. The method comprising steps of detecting (301) that handover is required from a packet switched, i.e. PS, based network (102) to a circuit switched, i.e. CS, based network (103), initiating (302) in a source mobility management node (104) a single radio voice call continuity, i.e. SVRCC, initiating (303) a PS to PS handover for non-voice components with information about voice related parameters and a PS to CS handover indicator, executing (304) hand over, sending (305) an update to a serving gateway, i.e. SGW, (107) from a target mobility management node (105) with non-voice related parameters and the PS to CS handover indicator, forwarding (306) the update from the SGW to a packet data network gateway, i.e. PGW (108), receiving the update in the PGW, detecting the PS to CS handover indicator, and handling (307) in the PGW the PS to CS handover indicator.

摘要: The present solution relates a method in a first communication node (301) for rate adaptation of communication between the first communication node (301) and at least one second communication node (302). The first communication node (301) and the at least one second communication node (302) being comprised in a communication network (300). The first communication node (301) receives a message from the second communication node (302). The message comprises a communication window size of the second communication node (302). The communication window size of the second communication node (302) is stored. Then, the first communication node (301) obtains the communication window size of the first communication node (301), i.e. its own communication window size. The first communication node (301) transmits a message to the second communication node (302). The message comprises the obtained communication window size of the first communication node (301).

摘要: The invention discloses a node (120) for use in a wireless access communications system (100) which is arranged to transmit information to and receive information from a PCRF (110), a Policy and Charging Rules Function, in the system. The information to and from the PCRF (110) is transmitted over a Gx interface, and the node is also arranged to count the amount of a defined service in the system which is used by a user, a UE (130) in the system during a defined period of time and to take a defined course of action when said amount of the defined service reaches a threshold value. The node (120) is arranged to be able to reset said count at a defined point in time, a “reset point”, and the information which the node it is arranged to receive from the PCRF (110) comprises information on said reset point.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for enabling resource allocation for a service data flow between a user equipment (14) and a gateway in a multiple access environment. The method comprises the steps of:—A resource reservation device (10,19) receives reservation instructions from a policy control node (13). The reservation instructions require dedicated access resources to be reserved for the service data flow.—The resource reservation device (10,19) reports the result of the resource reservation required by the reservation instructions to the policy control node (13). What particularly characterize the method are the steps of:—The resource reservation device (10,19) requests reservation of the resources required by the reservation instructions in a plurality of accesses (11,12).—The resource reservation device (10,19) reports the selected single access (11,12) that enables the requested resources to the policy control node (13). This is reported when the access (11,12) is selected.

摘要: A device for use in a cellular communications system, the device being provided with means for inspecting traffic packets to and from users in the system and for a first classification of said packets according to predetermined rules. The device also comprises means for initiating a process for a user who is the destination or source of a packet which is classified in said first classification as belonging to a specific kind of traffic which has as one of its characteristics that the device cannot redirect the packet from its intended destination to another destination. The process is such that at a later point in time, when the user attempts to access a webpage, the user is redirected to a predefined webpage.

摘要: In a mobile network comprising a plurality of base stations and a gateway, a user equipment may perform a handover from a source base station to a target base station. By control signalling, the handover may be notified from the target base station to a control node of the mobile network and then to the gateway so that the gateway may switch to a data path which connects the target base station and the gateway. The notification of the handover may be delayed at the target base station or at the control node, by starting a timer and sending the control signalling for initiating the path switching after expiry of the timer.

摘要: The present invention handles Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) applications in an efficient manner. The present invention is a session aware Diameter relay agent that correlates sessions that require binding and relay sessions to the same AAA server, such as a Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) server. In one embodiment, the relay agent may be arranged to select a Diameter server and forward the user equipment (UE) request to the respective server while registering the server selection. The Diameter server may be a PCRF server.

摘要: The present invention relates to a solution for handling customer activity when connecting to a wireless communication network and in particular for statistics of customer activity using the network. This is provided in a number of aspects such as methods, node, and system for reporting user profile statistics from deep packet inspection of data packets in a packet data network (100) to a policy and charging rules function entity (104) which in turn informs a subscriber usage profile repository (106), i.e. SUPR. The SUPR provides access to external application servers (108) to the subscriber usage profile information after access control.
