摘要： A window assembly has a sash vertically movable within a window jamb and positioned in the jamb by elongated side guide tubes enclosing counter balance means and resiliently biased partially into engagement with side ploughs of said sash, with the guide tubes extending outwardly from channels provided in opposed side jamb members. The guide tubes prevent lateral displacement of the sash as the sash is positioned within and moves from a window open to a window closed position within the plane of the jamb. The guide tubes can be reciprocally and resiliently compressed into the channels to release the ploughs and sash whereby the sash can be removed from the window construction.

摘要： Some embodiments of the present invention include a panel system for mounting on a structure with a plurality of fasteners. In some embodiments, the panel system includes a first panel having an outwardly extending flange configured to receive a plurality of fasteners for coupling the first panel to the structure and a second panel couplable with the first panel and having a first end and a second end and a front face extending therebetween. The first end of the second panel can include a leg extending outwardly in direction substantially parallel to the front face. In some embodiments, when the second panel is coupled to the first panel, the leg extends across the flange and substantially covers the flange and at least one of the plurality of fasteners located in the flange.

摘要： Local and remote motion detectors sense the presence or movement of a cat in an area near the toy and in an area remote from the toy. In response to the motion detectors, an electric motor moves a target to attract the cat. A device disconnects the target from the electric motor, when the cat subdues the target, allowing the target to stop moving while being held by the cat and giving the cat an artificial sense of "post-kill" satisfaction, while simultaneously prolonging the component life of the toy.
