Abstract: A model predictive maintenance system for building equipment including an equipment controller to operate the building equipment to affect a variable state or condition in a building. The system includes an operational cost predictor to predict a cost of operating the building equipment over a duration of an optimization period, a maintenance cost predictor to predict a cost of performing maintenance on the building equipment, and a cost incentive manager to determine whether any cost incentives are available and, in response to a determination that cost incentives are available, identify the cost incentives. The system includes an objective function optimizer to optimize an objective function to predict a total cost associated with the building equipment over the duration of the optimization period. The objective function includes the predicted cost of operating the building equipment, the predicted cost of performing maintenance on the building equipment, and, if available, the cost incentives.

Abstract: One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive a request to hold a meeting in a building, the request including an individual, retrieve, from the request, contact information for the individual, transmit a request for identifying information to the individual using the contact information, determine a purpose of the individual based on the identifying information, generate a virtual ticket for the individual based on the purpose of the individual, identify a presence of the individual at the building based on the identifying information and image data, and control access control devices in response to identifying the presence of the individual to grant the individual access to the building.

Abstract: A method includes receiving, by an edge controller, data relating to a first space. The edge controller controls operation of an edge device affecting a characteristic of the first space and that is associated with a first building equipment domain. The method further includes analyzing, by the edge controller, the data to determine whether the data satisfies a condition. If the condition is satisfied, the edge controller controls operation of the edge device using the data. If the condition is not satisfied, the edge controller (a) transmits a request to a cloud controller to analyze the data based on information obtained by the cloud controller regarding at least one of a second space or a second building equipment domain, (b) receives a response to the request from the cloud controller, and (c) controls operation of the edge device using the response from the cloud controller.
