    摘要: An automatic parts resupply system for building equipment including a model predictive maintenance system configured to determine a service time at which to perform service on the building equipment by performing a predictive optimization of a total cost of operating and servicing the building equipment over a time period. The service time is a decision variable in the predictive optimization. The automatic parts resupply system includes a resupply manager. The resupply manager is configured to generate a parts resupply order for the building equipment based on a result of the predictive optimization. The resupply manager is configured to determine a transmission time at which to transmit the parts resupply order to a parts supplier. The resupply manager is configured to transmit the parts resupply order to the parts supplier at the transmission time.

The cooling circuit includes a condenser, a compressor, an evaporator, and a three-way valve, and the HVAC system is configured to circulate refrigerant through the cooling circuit in a cooling operating mode. The reheat circuit includes a reheat heat exchanger, the compressor, the evaporator, and the three-way valve, and the HVAC system is configured to circulate refrigerant through the reheat circuit in a reheat operating mode. The recovery circuit extends between the condenser and the compressor and includes a recovery valve. The control system is configured to send a first signal to the three-way valve to switch the HVAC system between the cooling operating mode and the reheat operating mode and a second signal to the recovery valve to recover refrigerant from the cooling circuit at a subsequent time based on the first signal.

    摘要: An actuator in a HVAC system includes a mechanical transducer, an input connection configured to receive a power supply line voltage, and a voltage divider circuit. The voltage divider circuit includes a first capacitor in series between the input connection and the mechanical transducer, a second capacitor in parallel with the first capacitor between the input connection and the mechanical transducer, and a first transistor operable to connect and disconnect the first capacitor and/or the second capacitor from the voltage divider circuit based on the power supply line voltage, thereby adjusting a capacitance between the input connection and the mechanical transducer. The voltage divider circuit is configured to receive the power supply line voltage from the input connection, use at least one of the first capacitor or the second capacitor to reduce the power supply line voltage to a reduced voltage, and provide the reduced voltage to the mechanical transducer.

    摘要: The present application provides a filter fixing device, comprising: a lock mounting piece, a hold-down piece, a push rod and at least one connecting rod. The lock mounting piece is provided with a lock used for engaging the lock receiving part on the filter fixing frame; the hold-down piece and the lock mounting piece are connected to each other in such a way that they can move relative to each other in a first direction, and the hold-down piece is used to hold down the filter; the push rod is connected to the hold-down piece and can pivotally rotate around an axis; at least one connecting rod is pivotally connected to the push rod and the lock mounting piece; the filter fixing device is configured in such a way that the rotation of the push rod relative to the hold-down piece may cause relative motion of the hold-down piece and the lock mounting piece in the first direction. The filter fixing device provided by the present application has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and can firmly hold the filter so that it is possible to easily replace the filter while meeting the requirement on the filtering performance of the air conditioning unit.
