Abstract: A building system of a building, the building system including one or more memory devices configured to store instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive occupancy data of occupants from an occupant tracking system, the occupancy data indicating locations of the occupants within a building space of the building. The instructions cause the one or more processors to determine, based on the occupancy data, whether one or more occupants of the occupants have violated a social distancing policy that reduces a spread of an infectious disease within the building based on the locations of at least two of the occupants, the social distancing policy based on one or more characteristics of the building space and perform one or more operations to improve compliance with the social distancing policy within the building.

Abstract: A building automation system includes a plurality of subnets, an active broadcast management device configured on at least one of the subnets, a pool of virtual devices communicably connected to the active broadcast management device, each of the virtual devices in the pool of virtual devices configured to store a broadcast distribution table (BDT), one or more processors, and memory coupled to the one or more processors and storing instructions. When executed by the one or more processors, the instructions cause the one or more processors to transmit a health status message to each available virtual device in the pool of virtual devices, receive a health status response from each of the available virtual devices, and select, according to the health status responses, at least one of the virtual devices from among the available virtual devices as a backup virtual broadcast management device to the active broadcast management device.

Abstract: Implementations herein relate to visualization of interaction with a building management system (BMS). Such interaction may be facilitated with a smart headset that displays a three-dimensional model of an image with real-time data from the BMS to enable monitoring and control of the BMS. In one implementation, a system for locating a target in a building includes a server, a first wireless emitter, and an application on a mobile device. The first wireless emitter is associated with the target and configured to emit a first emitter identifier within a first range. The application is configured to detect the first emitter identifier when the mobile device is within the first range. The application is also configured to transmit the first emitter identifier to the server in response to detecting the first emitter identifier. The application is also configured to receive a first content from the server.

The method includes identifying at least one or more entities, one or more intents, or one or more keywords from a text segment; extracting one or more parameters from at least one of the identified one or more entities, the identified one or more intents, or the identified one or more keywords, the one or more parameters comprising a piece of building equipment of the building and a characteristic of the piece of building equipment; determining a satisfied incident of a plurality of incidents based on the extracted one or more parameters, the satisfied incident identifying an issue with the piece of building equipment and associated with a second entity; and transmitting an indication of the satisfied incident to a computing device of the second entity.
