    摘要: A resolver which includes a resolver rotor and a resolver stator. The resolver stator includes a resolver stator core, a winding bracket mounted on the resolver stator core, and a plurality of resolver windings wound on the winding bracket. The winding bracket includes an annular portion surrounding the resolver rotor, a connector extending outwardly from the annular portion, and a cover mounted on the connector. The connector includes a plurality of conductive terminals connecting both the resolver winding and lead wires, and a body receiving the conductive terminals. The cover abuts against the lead wires to secure the lead wires to connector.

    摘要: A rotor includes a rotor core and a plurality of magnets. The magnets are fixed on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor core. The rotor further includes at least one protective tube. The protective tube includes a cover portion. An inner circumference of the cover portion is greater than a length of an envelope line formed by outer circumferential surfaces of the magnets and common tangents of the outer circumferential surfaces of adjacent magnets, and is less than a circumference of a circumscribed circle of the magnets. The cover portion covers the magnets in a circumferential direction, thereby guaranteeing the fixing strength of the magnets while also preventing the magnets from breaking.

    摘要: A brushless direct current electric motor includes a first sub-motor and a second sub-motor. The first sub-motor and the second sub-motor share a common rotor, and each comprises an independent stator. The stators of each sub-motor comprises a plurality of teeth and a plurality of windings. The teeth of the first sub-motor and the teeth of the second sub-motor are interleavingly arranged in a circumferential direction or arranged side by side in an axial direction. The first sub-motor and the second sub-motor are configured to cooperatively work as a single electric motor to output a normal power. When one of the sub-motors breaks down, the other sub-motor can be operated independently to enhance reliability and safety of the brushless direct current electric motor.
