摘要: A resolver includes: a sine exciting coil and a cosine exciting coil; a detecting coil that is provided to a rotor and is placed facing the sine exciting coil and the cosine exciting coil; an exciting coil forming a closed circuit, together with the detecting coil, in the rotor; and a sine detecting coil and a cosine detecting coil that are provided to a stator, are placed facing the exciting coil, and transmit alternating current signals that are 90 electrical degrees apart in phase. The multiplication factor of angle of the sine detecting coil, the cosine detecting coil, and the exciting coil is different from the multiplication factor of angle of the sine exciting coil, the cosine exciting coil, and the detecting coil.

摘要: The present invention relates to a phase modulation-type redundant two-phase-output resolver, an excitation signal (100) is applied to an excitation winding (50) of an annular stator (21) having a VR-type rotor (20) disposed therein, and a two-phase output signal (101) is outputted from first and second output windings (43, 44) that are provided in the annular stator (21), the excitation winding (50) is made up of first and second excitation windings (40, 41) of mutually different phases, and the excitation signal (100) has two phases, and even in a case where a break occurs in only any one winding from among the first and second excitation windings (40, 41) and the first and second output windings (43, 44), at least a one-phase output signal can be obtained.

摘要: A linear and curvilinear encoder is provided in which absolute mechanical position and high resolution position determination can be obtained using a cart having a mover with “hybrid” teeth, configured in a curvilinear profile or shape, moving along a curvilinear track with a stator having teeth. The absolute mechanical position and high resolution position determination can be detected on the track by applying an excitation signal to a coil surrounding particular teeth of the stator to produce an electromagnetic (EM) field which can be influenced by the profile or shape of the teeth of the mover. A resulting pick-up signal can then be detected in a pick-up coil surrounding particular teeth of the stator with different harmonics in the pick-up signal corresponding to harmonics of the profile or shape of the teeth.

The first back electromotive force is filtered to generate a first filtered voltage; and a first motor rotor position signal is generated in response to comparing the first filtered voltage with a reference voltage.
