    摘要: The present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions for buccal delivery of human growth hormone (hGH) comprising a delivery agent and hGH. The compositions of the present invention provide improved delivery of hGH compared to comparable oral compositions, resulting in increased serum concentrations of hGH. The present invention further provides for methods of stimulating tissue growth in an animal by buccally co-administering hGH and a delivery agent.
