摘要： In one embodiment, there are produced two superconductors, in which a superconducting element wire bundle exposed from a conduit is reduced in diameter to be a polygonal shape with a metal die. The superconducting element wires reduced in diameter are covered with a conducting member and banded, and thereafter, covered portions thereof are cut to expose a cross section, inserted in a hollow portion of a hollow pipe in a manner to engage therewith, and the two superconductors are heated and joined via cross sections of the superconducting element wires reduced in diameter.

摘要： According to one embodiment, there is provided a method of manufacturing a high-frequency acceleration cavity component, the method including covering a mold with a conducting material, enclosing, in an outer shell, the mold covered with the conducting material, vacuum-airtight-welding the outer shell enclosing the mold, conducing hot isostatic pressing of the vacuum-airtight-welded outer shell, and taking the conducting material formed in the mold out of the outer shell which has undergone the hot isostatic pressing.
