    摘要: A vehicle power shift transmission (PST) is controlled by a transmission control system which implements a control method. The PST is part of the driveline of the vehicle and is shifted by an actuating mechanism. The driveline includes an engine, the PST, a clutch, a synchronized shift transmission that can be shifted by a shift lever and driven vehicle wheels. In order to simplify the operator's tasks, during the shift of the synchronized shift transmission the gear of the PST is automatically shifted so that the resulting difference in the gear ratio of the complete transmission before and after the shift is minimized. The gear of the PST is selected and shifted automatically so that the rotational speeds on both sides of the clutch differ as little as possible.

    摘要: A control system controls the vehicle having turn signal lights mounted on both sides of the vehicle in response to deflection of a manually operated turn signal. The control system includes a control unit which senses vehicle speed and automatically interrupts a flashing mode after a flashing duration which is dependent upon the sensed vehicle speed. The turn signal control unit shuts off the flashing mode in response to deflection of the turn signal lever only for a brief time period and enables the flashing mode in response to deflection of the turn signal lever for a period of time which is longer than a pre-set time period. The control unit prevents cancellation of the flashing mode in response to a repeat deflection of the turn signal lever only for the brief time period. The control unit also cancels a first flashing mode associated with deflection of the turn signal lever in a first direction and enables a second flashing mode associated with deflection of the turn signal lever in a second direction in response to brief deflection of the turn signal lever in a second deflection direction. The control unit maintains operation of the flashing mode in response to deflection of the lever for a period of time longer than a pre-set time period.

    摘要: A control system controls the actuation of a plurality of control devices of a utility vehicle, including a PTO shaft control device. The control system includes a control unit which is electrically connected to the control devices and to switches for the manual actuation of the control devices. One of the switches is an automatic mode switch which controls activation of an automatic mode wherein the control unit automatically controls the control devices. In response to signals from a hitch switch, the control system transmits control signals to a hitch control which controls raising and lowering of an implement hitch. When the automatic mode is activated the control unit automatically disengages the PTO shaft if the hitch is raised above a pre-set hitch position. The control unit is also connected to an enable switch, and when the automatic mode is activated, the control unit automatically engages the PTO shaft if the enable switch is actuated approximately simultaneously with a lowering command generated by the hitch switch.

    摘要: A system includes a selector switch and a control device. The selector switch is positioned inside a cab of a work vehicle and coupled to main and remote switches, which are in turn coupled to a voltage source. The selector switch can be used to select standard and remote modes that allow, respectively, the main and remote switches to engage and disengage a power takeoff (PTO) on the work vehicle. The control device is coupled to the switches and the PTO to interpret combinations of positions of the switches for engagement and disengagement of the PTO, preferably based on testing of the combinations with stored preselected conditions. Further, the control device activates warning signalers according to conditions of the system.

    摘要: A control system controls a plurality of control devices (such as a four wheel drive control valve, a differential lock control valve and a PTO control valve) of a work vehicle having an implement hitch coupled to a hitch actuator which is controlled by a hitch control unit. The control system has operating switches for adjusting the operation modes of the control devices and the hitch actuator. The control unit also has means for activating and deactivating an automatic mode for the control devices in response to manipulation of a first switch and means for activating the automatic mode upon a manual operation signal delivered to the hitch control unit to change the operation modes of the functions of the control devices. The control system includes an automatic switch which is manipulatable independent from the other switches. A sensor senses the position of the hitch. The control unit controls the control devices as a function of sensed hitch position and according to a predetermined program when an automatic mode is activated.
